The fund is co-managed by WisdomTree Asset Management, Inc., Voya Investment Management Co. LLC. It invests in fixed income markets of the United States. The fund invests in U.S. dollar denominated fixed-rate high yield corporate bonds that are rated non-investment grade by Moody’s or S&P and have a remaining maturity of at least one year. It seeks to track the performance of the WisdomTree U.S. High Yield Corporate Bond Index, by using representative sampling technique.
