As of June 18, 2012, CyberCare, Inc. was acquired by CyberCare Health Network, LLC. CyberCare, Inc. operates pharmacies, healthcare facilities, and develops healthcare technologies. It operates through three business divisions: pharmacy business, whose operations primarily support assisted living and similar long-term care facilities; physical therapy and rehabilitation business that focuses on providing occupational, physical and speech therapy services; and technology business, which focuses on the development and commercialization of patented products and services used in remote monitoring, care and communication between patients, caregivers, and other people included in the healthcare continuum. Utilizing the company's patented technology for the remote monitoring and real-time interactive communication, its CyberCare System™ allows for electronic disease management, including automatic data collection, case management, and personal interaction.
