Shelter Components Corp.

In January 1998, Shelter Components Corporation became a subsidiary of Kevco, Inc., pursuant to the merger of a wholly owned subsidiary of Kevco with and into Shelter. Previously, Shelter operated as a supplier of numerous products to the manufactured housing; modular housing; and recreational vehicle industries, including laminated wallboard products and thermoformed plastic bathroom products. The principal products manufactured by Shelter's subsidiaries were laminated wallboard products and thermoformed bathroom products.
