As of January 1, 2004, Cannat Resources, Inc. was acquired by Canadian Natural Resources Limited. Cannat Resources, Inc. provides exploration, production, and marketing of crude oil and natural gas. The company was formerly known as Sceptre Resources Ltd. and changed its name to Cannat Resources, Inc. in January, 1997. The company was founded in 1995 and is based in Calgary, Canada.
