EVRAZ North America, Inc. was founded in 1926 and is based in Chicago, Illinois with additional offices in Calgary, Alberta; Portland, Oregon; and Pueblo, Colorado. As of January 12, 2007, EVRAZ North America, Inc. operates as a subsidiary of EVRAZ plc.
