In September 1995, Nationwide Cellular Services, Inc. (NCSI) completed a merger with NTS Acquisition Corp., an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of MCI Communications Corporation, pursuant to which NCSI became a subsidiary of MCI. Nationwide Cellular Services, Inc. was engaged in the purchase and resale of cellular telephone service; and sale of cellular telephone equipment and accessories, as of June 30, 1995.
