As of 8/28/2004, Globus Growth Group Inc. was acquired by China Biopharmaceuticals Holdings, Inc. in a reverse merger transaction. Globus Growth Group, Inc. held investments in Genitope Corporation, a research and development company, which holds proprietary technology having applications in the field of cancer therapy; and ExSar, Inc., a drug discovery company, which develops and optimizes small molecule drugs that target cell surface receptor proteins. The company was also seeking acquisition and joint venture opportunities in various other fields of business.
