International Coastal Biofuels, Inc. offered to companies, businesses, fund raising organizations, associations, affinity groups, and their members and customers, directly and through its 80% owned subsidiary, JoinUsOnline.com, Inc., access to Internet business-to-business and business-to-consumer benefits, products, and services as of August 7, 2000. The company also conducted business through its other subsidiaries: United Interactive Technologies, Inc.; Integrated Merchant Services, Inc.; Web Classified.net, Inc.; Express Financial Corp.; and GKB Software, Inc.
