As of September 5, 2007, CipherPass Corporation was acquired by Javalon Technology Group, Inc. in a reverse merger transaction. CipherPass Corporation develops and markets data protection solutions. The company’s product, CipherPass C~suite, enables users to securely share sensitive and confidential electronic information among staff, business associates, and customers. Additionally, it allows users to send and receive secure email messages, including their attachments. CipherPass is headquartered in Santa Monica, California with an additional office in Mississauga, Canada.
