Adsero Corp.

As of April 11, 2008, Adsero Corp. was acquired by Quantum Telecom Group in a reverse merger transaction. Adsero Corp. does not have significant operations. It ceased its operations in 2003. Previously, the company was engaged in the manufacture and marketing of ink products for the imaging consumables market. Its products included remanufactured laser toner and ink jet cartridges, inkjet refill kits, thermal printer film, bulk ink, and a range of specialty inks for industrial printer applications. The company was incorporated in 1999 as Reink Corp. and changed its name to Adsero Corp. in March 2004. Adsero Corp. is headquartered in Mississauga, Canada.
