ETRACS Alerian MLP Index ETN is an exchange traded note launched by UBS AG, London Branch. The note seeks to track the performance of the Alerian MLP Index. The index represents the public equity markets. It comprises of 50 master limited partnerships that are engaged in the energy sector and involved in the transportation, storage, processing or production of energy commodities. The index seeks to track the companies across all market capitalizations. The ETN will mature on July 18, 2042. ETRACS Alerian MLP Index ETN was formed on July 17, 2012 and is domiciled in the United States.
