The fund invests in the fixed income markets of the United States. It primarily invests in U.S. dollar denominated investment-grade or high-yield U.S. government and agency obligations, corporate bonds, mortgage-backed securities, asset-backed securities and emerging market bonds. The fund invests in securities with maturity of at least one year. The fund seeks to track the performance of the Bloomberg U.S. Universal Float Adjusted Index, by using representative sampling technique. Vanguard Core-Plus Bond Index ETF was formed on December 2, 2025 and is domiciled in the United States.
