The fund invests in fixed income markets of the United States. It invests in investment grade U.S. dollar denominated municipal bonds issued by U.S. states, the District of Columbia, or local governments or agencies, the interest of which is exempt from U.S. federal income taxes and the federal alternative minimum tax that are rated BBB- or higher by S&P and/or Fitch, Baa3 or higher by Moody's. The fund invests in bonds that will mature on or about December 15, 2031. The fund employs fundamental analysis with bottom-up and top-down security picking approach to create its portfolio.
