The fund is co-managed by Carbon Collective Investing, LLC and Artesian Capital Management (Delaware) LP. It invests in fixed income markets. The fund primarily invests in investment grade corporate bonds that are rated BBB- or higher and maintain an average duration of five years or less. It invests in securities of companies that directly promote environmental responsibility. The fund does not invest in securities of companies operating across production of fossil fuels, defense, weapons, and private prisons sectors.
