It invests in the fixed income markets of the United States. It invests in U.S. dollar denominated high yield corporate bonds that are rated BB+ or lower by S&P or Fitch or Ba1 or lower by Moody’s and will mature on or about December 15, 2031. It seeks to track the performance of the Nasdaq BulletShares USD High Yield Corporate Bond 2031 Index, by using representative sampling technique.
