The fund invests in public equity markets of the United States. For its equity portion, it invests in stocks of companies operating across real estate, equity real estate investments trusts (reits), hotel and resort reits, industrial reits, residential reits, specialized reits, self storage reits and net lease reits sectors. It invests in growth and value stocks of companies across diversified market capitalization. For its fixed income portion, the fund invests in mortgage backed securities.
