For its fixed income portion, the fund invests in bonds, debt securities and other similar instruments issued by various U.S. and non-U.S. public-or private-sector entities. The Fund invests in investment grade securities that are rated at least Baa3 by Moody’s Investors Service, Inc. or equivalently rated by standard & poor’s or fitch, Inc. of varying maturities. For its commodity portion, it invests through derivatives in commodities markets. The fund uses derivatives such as swap, futures, and options to create its portfolio. The fund employs fundamental analysis with bottom-up securities picking approach to create its portfolio.
