The fund invests in fixed income and currency markets of the United States. For its fixed income portion, the fund invests in short-term debt securities. For its currency portion, it uses derivatives such as futures contracts to invest in bitcoin and ether. The Fund will invest in Bitcoin Futures Contracts through a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Fund organized under the laws of the Cayman Islands.
