For its equity portion, it invests directly and through derivatives in stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. The fund uses derivatives such as options, futures to create its portfolio. It invests in growth and value stocks of large-cap companies. For its fixed income portion, it invests directly and through derivatives in U.S. treasuries. The fund seeks to benchmark the performance of its portfolio against the S&P 500 Index and a Custom Blend Index comprising of 60% the S&P 500 Total Return Index and 40% the Bloomberg US Government Intermediate Bond Index.
