Next Phase Ventures Ltd., an agricultural cleantech company, produces and processes industrial hemp in North America. The company manufactures products using a process known as HempTrain, which enables the production of a range of hemp-based commercial and consumer products. It also offers consumer products comprising Biochar+ for soil enhancement, Hemp-Fresco for food preservation, HempyCat for cat litter, animal beddings, Hemp Garden Mulch for soil enrichment, and HempZorb for natural spill clean-ups; eco-building materials, including hurd for hempcrete; and commercial products, such as bast fiber, hurd, and green microfiber. In addition, the company is involved in the hemp carbon credit market. The company was formerly known as Hempalta Corp. and changed its name to Next Phase Ventures Ltd. in May 2026. Hempalta Corp. was incorporated in 2021 and is headquartered in Calgary, Canada.
