In addition, the company owns and operates the Sky Tower, which consists of an all-suite hotel; VIP gaming salons with gaming tables and slot machines; a bar for VIP patrons; meeting rooms with meeting facilities, and boardrooms and pre-function area; a lyrical theater; the Waterside Restobar and Oasis Garden Café restaurants; shooting club with rifle shooting bays and pistol bays; and multi-level parking garage, as well as Solaire Resort North, including gaming space, guest rooms and suites, casual cafes, signature restaurants, bars and lounges, ballroom, waterpark, and indoor Kids’ Club. It operates Jeju Sun Hotel & Casino, including rooms, and gaming operations with tables and electronic gaming machines, as well as food and beverage outlets, and cruise terminals. Bloomberry Resorts Corporation was formerly known as Sureste Properties Inc. and changed its name to Bloomberry Resorts Corporation in March 2012.
