Mindesta Inc.

As of September 9, 2014, Mindesta Inc. was acquired by CTT Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in a reverse merger transaction. Mindesta Inc., an exploration stage company, focuses on the exploration of mineral properties, principally in the Republic of Somaliland and Ethiopia. It has an option agreement to acquire interests in the 3 mineral exploration permits each covering 2,000km2 comprising Arapsyo, Qabri Bahar, and Abdul Qadir. The company was formerly known as Industrial Minerals, Inc. and changed its name to Mindesta Inc. in July 2011. Mindesta Inc. was founded in 1996 and is based in Ottawa, Canada.
