PIMCO ETF Trust - PIMCO Canada Bond Index Exchange-Traded Fund is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by Pacific Investment Management Company LLC. The fund invests in the fixed income markets of Canada. It primarily invests in Canadian dollar denominated investment grade government and quasi-government bonds with at least one year remaining term to maturity and are rated between BBB and AAA by S&P and Fitch and between Baa2 and Aaa by Moody's. The fund seeks to track the performance of the BofA Merrill Lynch Diversified Canada Government Bond Index, by using representative sampling approach. It was formerly known as PIMCO ETF Trust - PIMCO Canada Bond Index Fund.
