Clover Leaf Financial Corp. was formed on December 27, 2001 and purchased all of the outstanding shares of Clover Leaf Bank, SB with the proceeds of a stock offering completed on December 27, 2001. Simultaneous to the stock offering, the Bank converted from a state-chartered mutual savings association to a state-chartered capital stock savings bank. Clover Leaf Bank provides residential, commercial and installment loans, deposits and other customer services to individuals and corporate customers primarily in Madison County, Illinois. Clover Leaf Financial Services, Inc., wholly owned subsidiary of the Bank) provides life and disability insurance to loan customers of the Bank.
