As of December 30, 2011, Harmony Metals, Inc. was acquired by Nuvel Inc., in a reverse merger transaction. Harmony Metals, Inc., a development stage company, through its subsidiary, Harmony Metals Designs, Inc., engages in the design and manufacture of jewelry and lifestyle accessories for men and women. The company’s jewelry and lifestyle accessories consist of original designs made from precious metals, such as gold, platinum and palladium, gemstones, and other precious and semi-precious stones. It has jewelry designs for rings, pendants, bracelets, and necklaces, as well as lifestyle accessory designs for key chains and money clips. The company was founded in 2009 and is based in Miami, Florida.
