Prime Time Group, Inc.

As of December 5, 2007, Hunt Gold Corporation was acquired by Ambassador Gold Limited, Sentinel Resources, Inc. and Golden Eagle Mining Limited, in a reverse merger transaction. Prime Time Group, Inc. owns and operates a chain of convenience stores under the trade name Prime Time Stores. The company was formerly known as Starnet International Corp. Prime Time was founded in 1993 and is headquartered in Longwood, Florida.
