FlashPoint International, Inc.

As of November 3, 2004, FlashPoint International, Inc. was acquired by Navitrak International Corp. in a reverse merger transaction. In January 2001, Metronet Communications Company (OTCPS: MCCO) acquired FlashPoint, Inc. As a result of the transaction being consummated, Metronet changed its corporate identity to FlashPoint International, Inc. FlashPoint International, Inc. is a development stage corporation which is commercializing a high performance premium spark plug. FlashPoint is based upon patented technology which has been demonstrated to increase fuel efficiency, horsepower and torque while reducing noxious emissions from automotive and other internal combustion engines used throughout the world.
