TotalMed Inc.

As of June 7, 2006, TotalMed Inc. was acquired by eNotes Systems Inc. in a reverse merger transaction. TotalMed, Inc., a development stage company, does not have significant operations. It intends to seek a possible merger candidate. Previously, TotalMed was engaged in the payment processing of transactions for banks and their merchants through its terminals and proprietary system. The company, formerly known as Fonecash, Inc., was co-founded by John Jiann-Shong Wu. It changed its name to TotalMed, Inc. in 2005. The company was incorporated in 1997 and is based in Manchester, Connecticut.
